Cancellations:
To make a cancellation simply email us the reasoning for the cancellation and your order number. Cherie Designs CA will offer you a full refund for an order cancellation, but this only applies to cancellations that are requested within seven days after you place the order. Otherwise your order must be treated as a return. Read the 'Shipping and Returns' page for more information. Our suppliers are always hard at work, therefore items you order can at times start getting made as soon as your order has been confirmed. Any cancellations regarding unauthorized purchases must be taken up with the company that was used to pay for the purchases. Examples of these companies are Paypal, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and so fourth. On the other hand, if Cherie Designs CA can not successfully process your payment when you order, you will not be charged anything and you will not be receiving your ordered items.
