How long should I expect to get my order?

Please allow 4-7 days for your order to process. At most though for any item, shipping will be no more than 7 weeks. If it happens to be more than that and you do not hear from us, please contact us. Thank you for your patience and support. 

Lost or Stolen? 

Please get in touch with your local post office or courier. We advise everyone to check the address you input before submitting any order since we will not be held responsible for the shipment of the wrong address or shipment lost because of USPS.

How do I track my order? 

Once you purchase from us, we will be sending you two separate emails. The first one will be confirming your purchase while the second one will contain the shipment information. With the information we send you, you should be able to check the status of your order. Keep in mind, the second one will only be sent out when we have shipped your order! 

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes you can! Please read the 'Cancellations' section on our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
